// somedays, i can go a whole day at the office without saying a few dozen words to coworkers or clients… i don’t do this intentionally… it’s just part of being involved in special projects… maybe it’s the whole out-of-site-out-of-mind equation… & it’s not that i’m goofing off… working on a design for sales sheet promoting new media advertising opportunities… still, if i knew it was going to be this dull today, i would have taken a personal day & worked in the garden…

in an escape from the bias and collectivism of wikipedia, i discovered and am enjoying the encyclopædia britannica’s blog. some of the interesting stories of the day include: Do Americans Support Capitalism, and Which Capitalism? and Starbucks Not the Answer for New York Freelancers.
